DirectionsWhat if I'm not in crisis, but I'm worried?
Sometimes things are heavy without being an emergency. If you've been feeling persistently low, anxious, sleeping poorly, or struggling to function for more than two weeks, that's reason enough to reach out for an evaluation.
You can call the office during business hours to schedule a first visit. If you need to talk to someone before then, the 988 line and the NH Rapid Response Access Point are both free, confidential, and don't require you to be in immediate danger to call.
